Zena Wynn, Romance Author

Like most authors, I absolutely detest talking about myself. What will I say? What could possible interest you about me? Well, since you clicked on this link, that must mean that you are interested in knowing more about the person behind the books, so I'll have to just suck it up and tell you a little bit about myself.

The first thing you should know is that I've never take good pictures, so any picture posted on this page is not the fault of the photographer. Nope, it's strictly the subject. That being said, what else can I tell you.

I have a quirky, off-beat sense of humor that comes out if you're around me any length of time. I'm incredibly sarcastic, or used to be. I'm working on improving. I tend to be sceptical rather than trusting.

I love to write and I love reading. My choice of reading material will always be romance, preferably erotic vampire or shape-shifter romances. I also read IRs, Contemporary, Fantasy, Suspense, and Futuristics (which are hard to find). The main focus of them all must be romance because I just have to have my HEA (happily ever after ending). Disney spoiled me like that and there's enough sadness and trauma in just living from day-to-day for me to have that in my reading, too.

 The most important thing you should know about me is that I'm a devout Christian. I have a deep, personal relationship with God the Father through His Son Jesus Christ. Am I perfect? No, nor do I expect others to be. I'm also not very religious, meaning I prefer to focus on the things that really matter (like my relationship with God and improving me as a person) rather a lot of the traditious nonsense that goes on in churches today. Does that make me radical? No, it just makes me biblical. If you don't understand, feel free to drop me an email and I'll explain.

This is a group I formed as a support mechanism for other Christians who are readers, writers, editors, and/or publishers of non-inspirational romances. You can come to us for prayer, encouragement, and uplifting because face it, Christians can be some of the most judgemental people on the face of the planet. This group is not about right or wrong. That's between you and God. No one can tell you if you're on the path God ordained for you to walk but you, but if you're doing His Will and you need a little support while doing it, this group is for you. As explained on my blog in a post titled, Can a Christian Write Erotic Romance and still be a Christian, there are certain rules by which I write. I'll list them here as well.

• Male/Female couples only (no menages, m/m, f/f)
• One God (no gods or goddesses allowed)
• All of my couples are married to each other 'til death do they part (or whatever passes for marriage in their world)
• No anal sex, masochosim, sadism, or degradation
• No witches, witchcraft, demons or angels portray as heroes/heroines
• All of my stories have HEA (Happily Ever After) endings

Some of these rules are a part of my agreement with God. Others are the result of my faith. People are free to write whatever feels good and/or comfortable to them. These are just the rules I abide by.

Warning: The books are called erotic for a reason. The sex is described in graphic, street terminology. No purple prose allowed. If you are easily offended by frank language, do not read my books.
